If you need to return an item purchased on our website, we recommend that you do so quickly and easily by going to one of our stores.

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

IN-STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE
A. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
B. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
C. Your item must be in its original packaging.
D. You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@faridawomenswear.com
1. We will send you our courier to pick-up your returned item. 
2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
3. Our team of professionals will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or deliver the amount back to you with our courier. (the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase)
5. For credit card payments it may take few business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse returns requested outside the set deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
