Please inspect your order upon reception. If, under rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, the quickest solution is to go to one of our stores, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once in the store, an attendant will check the condition of the garment. In the event that the defect is confirmed and the store has the item in stock, we will exchange the item or return it according to your preference and the store's stock.

In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect item to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
