WHAT IS THE PICK-UP SERVICE?
The Pick-Up service offers you the option to pick-up your online order from any of our selected stores.
This service is free of charge.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. However, we highly encourage you to create an account for ease when purchasing online.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Online Payment, and Cash on Delivery.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Unfortunately you can not place an order over the phone. Online orders are made through our website only.
However, you can contact our Customer Service over the phone in case you experience any issue/problem while shopping on our website. Our Customer Service Agents will be more than happy to help you order the items you desire.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We process your order immediately once it has been placed. Hence, you can not cancel or change it. However, you can return your order for a refund once it has been received.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
If you purchase a product through our website, you will be charged in Egyptian Pounds.

IS THERE A MINIMUM LIMIT FOR PURCHASES?
No, there is not. 

DO YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK?
All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer International Shipping. We only ship in Egypt.
However, we are planning to start International Shipping very soon.
